Kathy Outland

Kathy Outland joined Thomas R. Breeden, P.C. in May 2022 as one of the firm’s paralegals. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, having begun her career as a legal assistant in 2004.

Throughout her career, Kathy has gained extensive experience assisting attorneys in a broad range of practice areas, including estate planning, personal injury, traffic matters, business matters, civil and criminal litigation, and domestic relations. Since joining Thomas R. Breeden, P.C., she has also developed experience assisting the firm’s attorneys with consumer law matters.

Kathy earned her paralegal certification from Northern Virginia Community College in 2011.

A resident of Prince William County, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, as well as friends and family. Outside of the office, she is an avid Auburn football fan and enjoys trips to the beach, hiking, camping and spending time in the mountains.
