Norka Cespedes

Norka Linares Cespedes joined Thomas R. Breeden, P.C. in July 2025 as the firm’s receptionist. As one of the first points of contact for the firm, Norka assists clients and visitors, answers and directs incoming calls, schedules appointments and provides general administrative support to the office.

Norka is fluent in Quechua, her native language, as well as Spanish and English. Her multilingual abilities allow her to assist clients from a variety of backgrounds with their initial communications with the firm. In her role, she helps ensure that clients are connected with the appropriate member of the team and that the office’s day-to-day communications run smoothly.

Outside of the office, Norka enjoys spending time with her family, loves nature, camping, the beach, and traveling the world.
